You have to use the user exit to catch standard error message s and give your customer specific messages

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to control the posting of
payroll results to Accounting if your requirements cannot be mapped
sufficiently with Customizing.
The interface IF_EX_SMOD_PCPO0001 is made up of the following methods:
o EXIT_RPCIPE00_001
o EXIT_RPCIPE00_002
o EXIT_RPCIPE00_003
The following applies to all methods of interface IF_EX_SMOD_PCPO0001:
If the parameters of the methods are not sufficient, you can import the
complete payroll result to all methods using the parameters PERNR
(Personnel number) and RESULT (Payroll result) in order to, for example,
evaluate country-specific or customer-specific tables.
