use Tcode MB1C or MIGO & Mvt type 561

Initial stock upload - 561 mvt, t-code MB1C

GR w.r.t PO - 101 mvt, t-code MB01, MIGO

GR w/o ref to PO - 501 mvt, t-code MB1C

u can use following movements for stock entry

561 Initial entry of stock - unrestricted-use stock

563 Initial entry of stock - quality inspection

564 Initial entry of stock - blocked stock

During initial entry of stock balances, you enter the physical warehouse stock frigures or the book inventory from your old system into the SAP System for productive operation. This data entry usually takes place by means of batch input.

Possible special stock indicators: E, K, M, O, Q, V, W (565: only E, K, Q)

u can use T code MIGO or MB1C

2. getting message G/L account 755553 does not exist in chart of accounts
