Automatic reminder of the retirement age,brithday, pass probation on SAP-HR

Hi all,

My client want automatic reminder of the retirement age,brithday, pass probation, contract end, . . . on the sreen and automatic send the email to HR officer.

But I don't know how to do this, please help me solve my problem by step by step or show me the document about this.

Thanks for your answers but I want to ask how to set up to the system automatic reminder of the retirement age,brithday, pass probation.

If use IT0019, please help me how to do this to run automatic reminder.

Monitoring of Tasks

(IT0019) Monitoring of Tasks info type use to store dates that require action for the respective employee. When an employee is hired, the reminder date is set up to remind the user about the employeeu2019s probation expiration date. Reminders of other events such as expiration of work permit can also be accommodated by this info type. E.g. Date of expiry of probation

Before going to in detail check the use of Monitorinng of task

Check in the tasks type whether the Probation , Birthday , Age are existed in task type or not

if u are not haveing create the task in V_T531 of ur requierment

Feature to be configured:M0001

Infotype(0002)

Note:

if you mark X in RECV 1 then it will trigger mail to HR once you change the date of birth in It2.

RECV is for Payroll Adin.

SAP or email should be mapped in T526 Table.

Do change the Std to your custom letter for change in It0002 tcode:SO10 id type:PAMA

and map in the feature m0001 field IDTXT

But if you want to send the mail exactly at the reminder date .

Then You need to create a program or use std Date monitoring program(S_PH0_48000450 - Date Monitoring ) and change to send the mail.

in your program call the feature(Function module :HR_FEATURE_BACKFIELD) and table T526 to trigger mail.
