We would like to send PO email to muliple recipients CC and BCC.
Currently, it will only retrieve 1 email address maintained in the vendor master and send to this email address.
without using spool list
for down payment i found this note

but for sending PO for multible Email address i couldn't find any solution.
You can maintained Ztable for CC and BCC email list and with help of ABAPer you can make these fileds appear in program of output
This will work.

Please provide a screen shot and the routine or include name where in we have to change the field ADR6-ADRNR TO ADR6-SMTP_ADDR
Please also mention if our understanding is correct.

Hi,
1. In Xk02 in vendor email address you can store more than one email address for that click on yellow arrow infront of field.
2. Then go to NACE and check for your program for printing PO.
3. Ammend that program and put field as SMTP_ADDR from table ADR6 against Adress number
You can see more than one SMTP_ADDR here if you stored it as first step. You need to mention here as HOME_FLAG = X email ad should be in TO and for ' ' it should be in CC
