Hi,

I want to find out Expense Account/Stock account debited through MIGO. I have only MIRO document No. with me.

Enter MIRO doc in MIR7. U will get PO there. Also note its reference number ie invoice number. Now enter PO in me2n. Select proper line item. Click on PO history and selsect GRIR assignment. search your MIRO doc here. You will get corresponding MIGO ie GR.

But I am looking for shortcut, I have thousands of MIRO doc no. for which I need Exp/GL account.

use MIR4 instead of MIR7. Try using table rbkp and mseg in se16.

Hi Sandeep

If you have the material document number from the MIRO transaction, please go to MB03, input your document number and the year - and enter, then you will see PO number and the line items with Quantities too.

Go to ME23n, display your PO and under the item PO history tab - you will see all the transactions which happened on that PO and the Goods receipt document wil also be there

Double Click on the line you need and then go to the last tab which will have yet another tab saying 'FI Documents'

This should display all the accounting entries

Hope this answers your Qs. I guess there are easier ways to get about to it, but this is what I usually do

Hi

At the time of Migo , FI docuemnt generated , MIGO for Goods receipt purpose.

stock a/c dr

GR/IR Acccount ( Goods receipt.invocie receipt)

go to ME23n Display PO

here u clcik on Purchase order history

Here u find Migo document & MIRO Document

I am aware FI entries but from MIRO documents no I want to find out EXP/Stork account that used in MIGO.

Pls note that I have thousands of MRIO doc no for which I need above information.
