Values getting overwritten on label when I give material in ranges to print

Hi frnds

I have one smartform to print material number & its barcode..

I have given selection range so that user can enter range of material..

in DEV & QAS it is working fine.. but when I moved it to PRODCUTION it is printing only one form for all of the materials..

say if give command to print 000108110 - 000108112..

then instead of printing 3 different forms, it is printing only one form & it overwriting material values on one another on one form..

Kindly tell me what can be the reason of this?

I guess, the transport did not move well to production.

If you guess,your transport is moved correctly, verify using SP02 transaction code.

from SP02, menu GOTO --> Display Request --> Settings and select radio button Raw.

Select your spool request number and analyse which form got picked etc.

Sometimes this happens if the basis settings did not moved to production.

check SP01 tcode or TSP01 table for spool numbers
