Hi Experts,
In order to create Change request for CHaRM can enter tcode CHARM_CREATE or CRMD_ORDER ( click on create change request).
In the initial screen, need to disable or grey out or remove the following fields,
Change Advisory Board,
Product ID,
Ext. Reference#,
Reference Date
Also in the same screen How to set default value for following fields:
Sold-to Party, I
Base Component (based on logon user or if need to hard code ),
Category to Various,
subject to Ur.gent Correction

Hi,
You have to do some abap coding in order to grey out some of the fields in crmd_order.
BAdI CRM_ORDER_FIELDCHECK will gray out the fields in CRMD _ORDER .

You can achieve this by doing some customizing which is available in the below path
Find
IMG u2013 CRM u2013 Transactions u2013 basic settings u2013 define transaction type u2013 select u2018 transaction typeu2019 and click on details icon. -> Find partner procedure.
IMG u2013 CRM u2013 basic functions u2013 partner processing u2013 Click u2018define partner det proceduresu2019 -> User interface settings. Change this partner functions for your transaction typeu2019s partner det. Procedure and you will see the effect on transaction screen.
