Workflow not triggering from EP

Hi Experts,

We have a custom workflow which has got 3 activity steps when we are executing the workflow from R/3 through Bapi which is RFC enabled .

But

The same bapi when we call it from webdynpro its executing only Bapi not triggering the workflow

Could please let me know the problem

Hi Kiran,

In the workflow check the background processing for the task for all the steps. from Web Dynpro.

call the function module SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW and pass the workflow number,

container values and agents who are all responsible for executing the task.
