W2-Reprint Application

Hi Portal Experts,

I need to give W2-Reprint in ESS role to the user.Our portal is EP 7.0 on SP 14.But I am unable to find the application(tech name : sap.com/ess~us/W2Reprint) for W2-reprint in portal.Can any one please tell me ,how I can have W2-Reprint application in Portal.

Hi Anil,

Are you able to see the Overview page in Portal.

Employee Self Service -> Overview if yes then try to check the same under any of the links available there like Benefits and Payment or Life and work events.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I think in our Portal we only miss W2-Reprint.But in US specific application we have only Employment Verification and W4 , no W2. Do I need to add anything to EP specfically for W2.

Hi Anil,

Check this out this will be very helpful for you,

I assuming that you meet the system requirements (I trust backend ERP 6.0).

Through Employee Self Services (ESS) only one option is available for W2 Report (US only) :W-2 Reprint

Check your settings in the customizing :

Personnel Management --> Employee Self-Service -->Service-Specific settings --> Benefits and Payment --> W-2 Reprint.
