Using BO SDK i am connecting to the BO Report Server, to fetch the BO Reports, But while trying to run the report, i am getting the following error.

Through CMC , see whether "WebIntelligenceProcessingServer" is up and running if yes see whether Enabled or Disabled.
Problem might be becuase "WebIntelligenceProcessingServer" is running.
Restart the "WebIntelligenceProcessingServer" I think your problem would be solved.
