Copy control to copy quantity from Order to contract

Hi experts

Am trying to use copy control for creation of contract with reference to existing order.

Am not able to copy quantity from order to contract.I have maintained copy order quantity in the copy control setting.

Could you suggest what am missing to do?

hi

I think for this u have to maintain copy control settings in VTAA

from target as CQ(contract) and source as OR(sales doc type)

i hadn't tried but just chek

Yeah thanks for the response, I have maintained in txn :VTAA, the value = A[-copy order quantity] for field 'Copy Quantity'.

yet quantity value is not getting passed on from the order to contract..

Any other suggestion to over come this problem will help me to great extent.

This problem is due to copy control. What u need to do is just leave the qty field blank and try. U also check the following in addition

Copy Requirement 303

DATA T 151 - ( General Item Data important)

DATA T 102

DATA T 002

Please check and see
