Tables storing IC CRM Inbox data

Hi,

Can someone let me know which DB tables store the IC CRM Inbox data?

Also, which table would establish the relationship between an Inbox item ( FAX,E-mail,etc.) to its corresponding BP in BUT000?

Any pointers would be really appreciated.

Depends on what Kind of Data you are Looking in the Inbox i.e One Order , SAPOffice ( Email ) , Workflow Item ( Inbound )

One Order / Business Transactions i.e Sales Order , Interaction Record ->

Table CRMD_ORDERADM_H , CRMD_ORDERADM_I

You can use FM CRM_ORDER_READ to look at Business Transaction Data including Partners , Docflow etc

Hi,

Yes, the header of business transactions are stored in table CRMD_ORDERADM_H. With the header GUID you can find the partners in table CRMV_LINKPARTNER or (CRMD_ORDERADM_H -> CRMD_LINK (GUID_HI = CRMD_ORDERADM_H-GUID and OBJTYPE_SET=07) -> CRMD_PARTNER (GUID = CRMD_LINK-GUID_SET)
