Crystal Report- update

I have Crystal Reports Pro IX (no release #) ver. 11.0.0.1994. My program is set to look for updates but it says there are not any. Are there any updates or service packs available??

do I download SP4 ordo I have to download each one??

Hi,

Install SP4 as it is the last update of CR XI and also would suggest you to go through the readme.

If I am not wrong then you need to install SP2 first, to install SP4.

I had to change computers. I had installed CRIX Standard Ed & now trying to install CRIX Pro Ed. It won't let me install get the following error message..

Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid.

I don't know how to fix the issue.

PLEASE HELP!
