To get email address you can use methods and classes. For example in class CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE_ADMIN_BL, method GET_CAND_EMAILID will get you the candidate's email address - if you pass the candidate number.

You can also go and check it the tables. First you have to get the BP number from HRP1001. You will then go to table BUT000 and get the address number in field ADDRCOMM. You can then use this address number to display the email in table ADR6. The email address will be in field SMTP_ADDR.
