Bulk storage bin creation

Hi All,

I need to create around 500 storage bins. Please let me know if there is a way to update this automatically using some tool or transaction or should this be keyed in one by one?

Hi,

You can use LS10 (and LS05) for mass creation of bins. PRequisite is that there is template for the storage type in question made avilable in customizing:

SPRO/LE/WM/Master data/ Storage bins/ Define structure.

Use LSMW and record option. record the transaction to create the bin. Maintain the parameters and create all bins using an input file.
