Error Message when opening a Workbook

Hi Gurus,

When I open a particular workbook using BeX 3.x, I get the message "<internal error> Workbook Storage fault:(read/open)".

Has anyone experienced this kind of error before?And if yes, can you please let me know how this can be corrected?

Please give us your front end SP levels and also your BI sp levels..

Hi Arvind,

This error is related to the document store. Go to SPRO and find the document store and re-activate.

This should fix the error.
