Production order closing error

Dear guru's

Pls help me, when user closing production order this 2 error message giving

" Balance of ORD 1040006 is not Zero"

"unprocessed future change recs for order 1040006 prevent deletion flag/co..."

Production order status is like this - " REL CNF DLV PRC BCRQ GMPS MACM SETC"

Pls guide me where i have to check, what is the reason for this.

Hi,

The production status is SETC only that means only settle rule created not settled yet,

So now calculate the variance in KKS1 or KKS2 then afer variance calculation,

settle the order in KO88 or CO88.Now the order balance will become zero.The settlement part is over.

2 issue is that the error is due to the confirmation of the production order,

Check whether the production order is confirmed or not,if yes then check the setting of confirmation in OPK4 transaction properly

whether HR updates button is active,if so deselect that or else check for goods movement setting.

settle the order first after calculating the variances.

variances will be calculated when the order status is : DLV or TECO.

Dear Chandu,

First settle the production order using the T Code CO88,and then close the production order.

Prerequisites

Prerequisites for setting the CLSD status are:

The order must have the status Released (REL) or Technically completed (TECO)

The order balance must be 0

There can be no open purchase requisitions, purchase orders or commitments

There can be no future change records from confirmation processes

The production order must be completely settled before close. Check KOB1 report to check the order balance. Perform the settlement for the month where cost balance is not zero.
