PO release strategy

Dear Gurus,

For some POs , it is not working i.e release strategy tab is not appearing. The characteristics are based on doc type, purchase group & PO value. For some purchase grp it is not working even though values are maintained.

Please chcek the characterstics values maintain for release strategy .T.code CL20N.Along with this please check the release strategy status.

Hi

Are you using all the three values in any PO, i mean does you classification details contains three chars as you have told , doc type, purchase value, and pur group?

please check at two places 1. for all the three chars, in the values tab check for all the value individually.

2. For all the release stgs You have configured in side calssification button , just find out the vlues are there for all the three chars ,no field should be empty.

Check the values maintained in the charecteristic for purchase group.

Make sure that all puchase groups are maintained there

all should be fullfilled.

Check whether u hav added table name & field name to respective field in addln data tab.

Go to CL20N and see Characterisics values (means all the Purch grps are appearing there or not.

If not just assign them...

I think thats the only problem..
