Qty is automatically getting zero at the time of PGI from Deliveries in WM

When we go to PGI an order it changed all of the deliveries to zero and created an invoice at zero value.

It is happening dramatically. it is not happening with every delivery.

You better describe your problem in more detail. What steps you are doing with what transactions ?

When I create SD delivery (vl01n) after that i create transfer order then some time (not every time) when i do PGI, the delivery quantity automatically gets zero. (although it happens vary rare otherwise system works well.)

In what transaction do you do the goods issue to the delivery? in VL02N ?

How is the picking quantity set? when confirming the TO with LT12 you can set in the control section of the selection screen what you do with the picking quantity. There you can overwrite the settings made for the movement types.

Check the change history of your delivery, whether someone changed the delivery quantity to zero.

Yes, I do PGI in VL02N , & in TO is confirmed automatically.picking quantity comes automatically after creation of TO.

& most of the time it works well but some time (like once in 2 month ) gets 0 after PGI. and if i again create delivery the same sales order then it works well.
