How to know and get a report from system abount
Custom Transactions / Reports / Tables ...

SE93 for transactions,
SE38 for reports
SE11 for tables.
As customs objects should start with Z or Y just enter this character followed by a star and press F4
For Reports and Transactions- In Table TSTC search for all the transaction which begin with Y and Z
For table- In SE11 search all the table which begin with Y & Z by...(Put Y* and table filed and press F4)
