Cost is not matching in Report

S_ALR_87013532 & It's drill down report sum.

Same is case for Table RPSCO & COEP for particular project.

Nopt solved even after running CJEN.

Please guide.

Check whether you have made Account Assignment for only lowest level WBS.

Also check whether you have made any postings to only lowest level WBS.

If not , then system is showing correct values.

Consider following eg.

your plan and actuals values are

level 1-WBS A = 100

level 2 -WBS B = 100

level 2- WBS C = 100

but in report header level it will show 300 instead of 200 i.e B+C.

I understand at Level 1 WBS, system shows costs of Level 1+ Level 2.

This is not case here.

Cost shown in Report S_ALR_87013532 is 2,087,275.

Which is not correct because we know this project has already postings, booking.

Project worth 50,000,000 is half completed.

Cost should be more than 10,000,000.

Also cost shown in drill down of S_ALR_87013532 is 12,390,427.

Which looks more correct.

Why is the difference?

Please guide.

If it there is data inconsistency.

For the repair of this values please start the following transactions:

-CJEN (to rebuild the project database)

after this finished start

-CJBN->this rebuilds the assigned values

then run RKANBU01 report in SE38.
