1-Where can we download and install SAP add-ons in version 2007A?

As the addons are included in the core product for 2007A version, so you in order to get the addon installation files : please open the patch of 2007A (Core product) that you have downloaded from the service market place then go to Packages > Add-Ons AutoReg, to get the addon installation files for all the addons.

2-error message: " A required COM add-in program for XL Reporter has not been loaded and prohibits MS Excel from running"
