I just needed to understand if we can restrict the no of characters on postal code text control in ESS-->Personal Information --> Addresses for country japan. Generally it accepts till 10, I want to know whether is there any possibility to restrict the same to 6 on the portal iview side through end user personalisation or through some other option.
After few trials at end user personalisation I found "Character Always Visible" which is actually set to 10. I have reset this to 6. But somehow I wasnt able to restrict.
