Dear All,

I m tring to comfigure SAP XI(2004sr2) in 2nd step of SLD system : Connect SLD TO SEN (if CEN Present). I m getting following error

Check the parameter gw/max_conn and increased the value, and restart the server then try again.

Thank u very much for your suggestion.

i have alredy add this parameter gw/max_conn=2000 & i have Set environment variable CPIC_MAX_CONV to a value > 100 .

But no luck.

Do You have enough Swap space in you system, some times it comes due to shortage of Swap space also and have you try again after restarting the server

I have restarted server and tried again but no luck, same error.

in my server we have 2GB ram,is it ok for XI configration?

Nope You are installing Netweaver 7.0 SR2. I would say that atleast 4GB ram you required for that, with a swap space of around 12GB and hope you are installing into 64bit Hardware

Hi Hiten,

Make sure that you have set the parameter CPIC_MAX_CONV under Environment variables --> system Variables.

For XI, the recommended value for this parameter is 400.
