Implementation methodology and time frame for EHS implementation

Hi Gurus

Can you please share what implementation methodology we follow in EHS implementation?

Is it the same ASAP methodology or any new?

What is the average time frame for EHS implementation if we do it in one phase & time requirement for each component like product safety or waste mgt?

Hi Bhupesh,

The Implementation methodology we use for sap EHS is the same(ASAP) methodology.

But the difference is, maximum of cases we will do implementation of EHS in second phase. Because that is easy to implement once the other modules settled down. & company management also not giving much preference to EHS compare to other logistic modules.

time taking differs to module to module. compare to waste management, product safety takes more time.

In product safety the substance categorization is more critical, when we create the master data.

Now a days with help of template solutions, implementation time is very less unless standard sap not in a position to fulfil your requirements where we need developments.
