Hi,

As planned services with description, quantity, and price.

By "planned services" we mean services whose nature and scope is known to you at the start of a procurement project or transaction.

At the time the services are requested, the individual specifications are entered either with the aid of a service master record or directly as short and long texts. Price and quantity are specified in both cases.

As unplanned services with the setting of a value limit only.

By unplanned services, we mean services that cannot be specified in detail because their precise nature and scope are not initially known, or services which - for various reasons - you do not wish to plan. Unplanned services therefore have no descriptions.

They are entered in the form of monetary limits. Services may be performed up to a value not exceeding these value limits. This allows you to exercise a degree of cost control in such situations.

Prabu

Hi,

I would like to share with you as additional information the following:

In case you create the entry sheet manually in ML81N - the column planned services will be ticked if you have selected services from reference documents. In case you have entered manually services in the SES, it means that the PO had limits inside and you are using up these limits in the entry sheet, you are creating entries against the limits in the PO, so the unplanned services column will be ticked in ML81N automatically.

Hi

Unplanned service:- we donu2019t know the nature of services, i.e. how much services amount vendor will charge for that, we will fix the limits

By fixing the limits it will not cross the services about the limit

He may to services one or more time but services charges should not cross the above the limit.

Planned service: we know the nature of series, i.e. to make the planned services we know the how much services quantity and rate also.

To make planned services we will create the service master in AC03 and master will give in the purchase order. And how much quantity and value of the services agreed by the vendor

For planned services you can also maintained the services condition in ml33, ml93 and ml45
