Hello Everyone,
I got a big issue there.
A customer number is missing in CRM (4.0) and I cannot replicate the information (data download) from R/3 to CRM without having an BDOC error telling me that some infos already exist for this customer ( - ie tax and status information) in CRM which is the case.
But the BP is not in BP tables (BUT000 etc)
Btw. data is correct in CDB tables.
how can I do to fix this pls ?

Hi,
If it;s with one BP then you can use the txn : CRMM_BUPA_MAP and give the BP number and click on
"Send Business Partner Data" and then choose the correct RFC destination. This shoud bring down the data to CRM.

Hello Mi,
The error which is occuring is because of an incorrect entries in the
tables CRMM_BUT_FRG0050, CRMM_BUT_FRG0100 for the specific GUID.
Even though there are no records in the BUT000 table i.e.
these is no BP with this guid in CRM but there are few dangling entries.
If this error is occuring only with this BP then you can delete the
records from tables CRMM_BUT_FRG0050, CRMM_BUT_FRG0100 for this GUID
and then do a request download.
