Hi,

If client having 3-company code with 3- domestic organisation & 3-export sales organisation,then If I have to define Sales doc type i.e ZOR1-for Plant Sale,ZOR2-for Depot Sales & ZOR3-for Export Sales ,

then whether I have to different sales doc type code for each sales organisation wise or not,Please give me the solution.

Hi,

It is not required to define different types again.Just define 3 document types.

Maintain the common distribution channel,organisation and dision in VOR1 and VOR2 T.Codes.

Also maintain the Sales area on OVAZ T.Code for your three document types.

Firstly you have to define three document types for those three types sales.

So finally,you will get 3 entries in OVAZ for each document type.

Hi,

Initially,you have to create three order types using the T.Code VOV8.

As suggested,you have to maintain the entries in OVAZ T.Code.

The path for this T.Code is:

SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Sales>Sales Documents>Sales document Header-->Assign Sales area to sales document types.

Here you have options of

1)Combine sales organizations

Here you have to maintain your Sales organisations as Common.

2)Combine distribution channels

Here you have to maintain your distribution channels as Common.

3)Assign sales order types permitted for sales areas

Here,you have maintain entries for your document types.

HI

You have to define ZOR1 for factory sales ZOR2 for depot sales and ZOR3 for exports.

You can very well use these three document types for your 3 company codes or 3 sales organization

Just extend the allowed sales documentt types to all your sales areas in OVAZ

ZOR1 zor2 and zor3 to all your sales areas

Hi,

It is always not necessary to use OR (TA) document Type to have sales order. You can always Create Z* doc types and you can define your own settings. But better would if you're creating a sales order create a new doc.type by copying OR and these can be used for the other sales orgs also.

Hello friend,

It is not required to define the document types for each sales organisation.

The document types are defined as per the process and flow.

You can define the two sales document types and assign the sales document types to the sales organisations in OVAZ.

Not required, only three will do for all. Just assign these Doc type to respective sales area in OVAZ,
