Dear all:
i have already assigned the profit center to the material master data,
but when i post the the inventery using the MiGO ,there is no PCA documents generate?
why?

Yes,as you said ,i am using the PCA under the old general Ledgler.
In the month closing,i can transfer inventory to the PCA using the 1KEK, i need not to assign the PC
to the inventory accounts using 3KEH.
and how to transfer the GRIR to PCA according to different PC?
you gave me two solutions , one is the validation,another is month end allocation.
and please kindly tell me how to do step by step as your solutions.

For my understanding,i need not to assign the profit center to GR/IR account in the 3KEH.
When i do the MIGO issue ,the FI documents should be as bellow:
DR: inventory
CR: GR/IR
The PCA documents should be as bellow:
item1: inventory (the profit center is from the material mater data)
item2:GR/IR (the profit center is from the opposite item)
For example:
In my PO,there are two material in different items
material A ,profit center is 1211 100USD
material B,profit center is 1311 200USD
so,when i do the MIGO
the PCA documents should be as bellow:
inventory 100usd (profit center is 1211)
GRIR 100USD (profit center is 1211)
inventory 200usd (profit center is 1311)
GRIR 200USD (profit center is 1311)

You can assign, in the ECC6.0, NGL. Splitting functionality will take care about your concerns (GR/IR posting will split based on the no.of profit centers this you can see leading ledger and PCA as well).
If you are using other versions you may need to do some work around either validation or period end allocations to right PC or you want exclude GRIR may be right option, check the postings and figures before finalize.
Don't forget assigning points to MR. Venna who given the path very first to this Plz.

i see the profit center is showing in the account assignment Tab in MIGO.
These is no profit center column in the FI documents entry.
So please tell me how to do to fit this problem?

Hi Zhao,
Please check 3KEH T. Code referred by Mr. Venna thatu2019s all to clear all your issues please and it will update the documents while doing MIGO and MIRO.
You just give the GRIR, Inventory accounts and the profit center you want to be update and see the results.

In my PO,the account assignment category is null.
and the profit center is already assigned to the material mater data which is in the PO.
So,i want to know how to assign the profit center to the PO according to the material master data.
I think if so ,the PCA documents will generate.

Check your OKB9 and 3KEH settings.

Hi,
In MIGO, go to display screen, tell me whether profit center is showing in doc info details in profit center column and in the same way in account assignment column.
If those are showing, go to fi documents and let me know what the entry is showing, whether it is showing profit center column or not.
Then i can suggest something.
