Hi

At the time posting invoice see what TDS Codes are maintained in Vendor Master.

And see now what codes are there in vendor.

During invoice booking to payment some TDS Codes are removed from vendor master so the error.

Now maintain the removed codes and make payment. Againg remove codes not required in vendor master.

Hi

This problem arises when while creating the vendor invoice some new EWT codes are added or removed from vendor master, so the information contained in the transaction becomes inconsistent.

Check the change log of vendor master and see what changes are made and when and rollback the change till the transaction is settled.

Dear Raghul

Run Report RFWT0010

specify your vendor

it will add the W/tax information in open items

Then you will be able to select the line item for payment posting in f-53

Hope it Solves

Please check whether Withholding Tax information is updated in Vendor Master in FK03.

The reason might be at the time of invoice accounting user might have selected wht codes for both invoice and payment.

Recitification:

Post down payment through F-48 and clear the document against invoice.
