I am using transaction CO02 to change production orders. Once the deletion flag is set on the production order, the order no longer allows further changes. The steps to set the deletion flag are Functions, Deletion Flag, and then Activate. The steps to remove the deletion flag are Functions, Deletion Flag, and then Revoke.
When I go to CO02, I type in the order number and press enter, then I get an Information Box that pops up and says that "Change" is not allowed to my order number.
Additional text from above error message:
"Change" is not allowed (ORD 7025926)
Message no. BS007
Diagnosis
The current status of object 'ORD 7025926' prohibits business transaction 'Change'.
Procedure
To process business transaction 'Change', you first have to change the status of object 'ORD 7025926' to allow the transaction 'Change'.
I do not know how to fix this so that I may revoke the deletion flag. Can anyone help?
Thank You
Dear,
You need to check User and System status of your order OPJH and BS02 and system status BS22. Check status profiles in configuration as what transactions are allowed.

Went to OPJH, then my Production Order Type, under Status Management both Status Profile Header, and Oprtn status profile are blank.
BS02 has list of profiles but none are assigned in OPJH.
BS22 for DLFL - Deletion Flag has No disp, and SetOnly blank. Neither one is checked.
What else should I do?
Thank You
Johnny,
I would suggest a simple thing, in the change mode of the order, click the blue colour "I" Icon which is at the end of the system status of the order.
Now you would get 2 tab pages, one displays the current status active for the order and the other tab page is for business transactions. Click the business transaction tab page and here you would see various business transaction in Red Colour, select the one for Revoke Deletion flag and then click status. Now system would tell you which status is blocking revoking of deletion flag. Based on this you need to make changes in BS22 for that status to make it allowed.

Hello Prasobh,
I have done as you suggested.
When I get to Business Processes, "Remove deletion Flag" is green, which says that this transaction is allowed. Next I put a checkmark next to "Remove deletion Flag" and clicked on transaction analysis. Then a pop up shows Influencing System Status of DLFL - Deletion Flag as green - transaction allowed.
Do you have any other suggestions?
Thank You
Johnny
Johny,
The messge is for information purpose only.
When the pop up is displayed again press enter & you will be taken to order header.
Follow path Function- Deletion flag- Revoke. Save.
The message is displyed if the order has status CLSD, TECO, LKD.
Hope this helps you.

I should have stated this already.
I have already tried revoking the deletion flag, it changes, but will not save it.
When I click save, I get the error message "You may not remove the deletion flag. Changes will not be saved.".
The current Statuses on the order are REL, DLV, DLFL, GMPS, MANC, NTUP, OPGN, SETC.
