Hi Chakrapani

Thank you for your reply

I used MBVR for the deleting reservation but when i give multiple reservation nos and checked "Delete/Set Deletion Indicator" and executed it shows error msg" No reservation exists for specified data".But the reservation are listed in MB25.

What am I missing?

Hi Mohan,

Please, take into account that, you can only use function MBVR to manage reservations that were generated manually.

To delete reservations that were generated by other functions or applications (i.e. Prod. order), you must manage or delete them using the administration programs within those applications. The relevant parameters that would permit or control deleting of reservations cannot be processed by function MBVR.

If this does not work for you, then there is note 324544 which may solve your problem. It contains a report you can run to delete obsolete reservations. Please read the note carefully and run

in Test mode first.

Hope this can help !!!

Mauro

Hi Mauro,

Plese help!

How do I set up a deletion of only the items I don't need?

I just need to set indicator delete for reservation not archived from the system.

Because I've tried what you mentioned. But it deletes all the reservation number from the table.

Regards,
Tony.

Hi,

I think MBVR as in the last thread is the correct option.

Path for same is

SAP Menu > Logistics > Materials Management > Inventory management > Material Document > Reservation > Administer

Thnx,

SG.
