Hi
we have initially assigned an R/3 sales org to an org unit in CRM. then, we create a new org unit and change the assignment of the R/3 sales org to the newly created org unit.
when we download material master, we encounter error "Sales organization O 50000275 does not exist" in SMW01 which actually the old org unit which we have remove the mapping.
how should we get rid this error?
Thanks in advance
Hi Jushan
Was the report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE run after you made the change in CRM where you changed the Sales Org?? If not please run it and then test your scenario.
Also make sure you do not have 2 entries maintained in SMOF_ERPSH for your R/3 destination.
Thanks,
Abishek

Hi Jushan,
1) Please check wether you have assigned the newly created org unit to the R/3 sales area. In PPOMA_CRM select the newly created org unit and got to funtion tab and check wether the R/3 assignment is done or not.
Ex: If the new org unit is a sales office, select the new org unit by double clicking on it and navigate to function tab. There you will find three tabs namely sales area, sales office and sales group. The as the new org unit is a sales office goto sales office tab and there you will find a check box "sales Office" now check it and in the field beside hit F4 and select the relevant R/3 sales office.
In this case you can delete the old Bdoc and download the material again.
2) If you have already done the assignement (as mentioned above), it means that the Bdoc is generated after you deleted the old org unit before you made the necessary assignment to the new org unit.
In this case also you can delete the old Bdoc and download the material again.
3) In the business process for any new assignments you dont have to delete a org unit and create it again. Try to make the new assignments to the old org unit itself. Here if you have deleted only the assignment between the old org unit and its parent org unit then you can find it in unassigned org units search. If you are convinced that all the new assignments made to the new sales org can be made to the old org unit itself then reassign the old org unit to its parent org unit and delete the new org unit. Then make all the necessary assignments and also perform step 1) above and save. Then you can reprocess the Bdoc to successful status.

Aj K
