Is there any std BAPI or FM that can create custmer-material info reocrd in SAP?

I need to create it by external systerm.

Try this FM RV_CUSTOMER_MATERIAL_UPDATE

Please check in BAPI tocode and select

Sales and distribution and then Basic functions there is some BAPI for CMIR
