when i click on Priview in the iView then this type of error is occured..

What kind of iview are you previewing at?
Make sure the system alias used in that iview has been created.
Follow the instructions to test the system connectivity as suggested by Santosh

Hi,
One can not make out any thing of the execption id you posted. Please try to post the text relevant to that exception id from log viewer.
Also ensure that your System connection is working properly.
Go to System Administration>Support>Portal Runtime-->SAP Application
Select your system alias and provide the TCode and submit to see if the connectivity works.
