VR420 in VKM1

Hi all,

When I tried to list blocked SD documents with VKM1 , I am getting the following message :

Please check the entries. No work list selected

Message no. VR420

Diagnosis

No entries were found for the specified selection criteria.

Possible reasons for this:

Indexes for materials and business partners have not been updated

The organizational data or selection criteria are incorrect.

Procedure

Check whether all indexes have been updated. Check your organizational data and selection criteria as well.

What can i do?

Check whether any default variant value is there e.g Credit A/C or any remove the same , try with other combinations, it should work

How can i check that? (i'm learning SD)

VKM3 and VKM4 works.

I found my document in VA14L Sales and distrib documents blocked for delivery but i want it appears in VKM1.
