SAP writes to same spool number when new spool has the same "attributes", see SAP note 85318 (appending documents to existing spool requests) which explains how to force a new spool to be created.

Hi,

Job numbers are unique and stored in table TSP01. Please check this once.

For more help,

You can schedule a background job from SM36(There is wizard provided).

Once the job is scheduled in SM36 and then you can see the job in SM37(overview of status of job)

You can check the spool at SP01 transaction...for the spool numbers and job names..

If the problem still persists then consult your basis consultant

Hope this helps

Regards
