Problem : DISP+WORK STARTS AND STOPS

Dear Experts .

We are facing problem with disp+work.exe because of this dispatcher starts and after few seconds it stops.

And following is the trace file of dispatcher.

The Prob has been solved..

It was because of Router issue thanks to all for their valuable reply.

what is the SQL server authentication you are using? Login to SQL management studio. right click on SQL server--> click on properties. then select the Security tab. There you can see Server authentication mode. IF you are using windows authentication mode, change it to SQL Server and windows authentication mode. This will require a restart of SQL.

Check your database is up and connects. Also check listner status if it is oracle.
