production order reservations.

Hi.

when a production order is created it makes reservations for all the components in BOM. but the reservations still exists even when the order is marked for deletion. how to remove the reservation when the order is marked for deletion.

Hi,

Before setting the deletion indicator, set the order status to TECO (Technically Complete), this will clear the reservations.

You can do the same through T-Code COHV and CO02/COR2

The reservation no will still remain even after setting the TECO status and also Closed status.

Check this thread,almost the same issue,

check and revert back.

HI,

The reservations created automatically while making the Production Order cant be deleted manually.

To clear these reservations, mark the production order as TECO - Technically Complete from Header menu. This will clear all the reservations for that order.

Go to MBVR transaction code and choose to set deletion indicator for the reservation numbers and click on execute your reservations will be cleared
