attendance/absence types

Hi experts,

We are doing some cleanup stuff and we want to prepare a list of all unused attendance/absence types in our SAP system. How do we approach this problem. Please advise !

Hi,

s Murali Said,better delimit instead of delete,so that it can be reuse later.

Check ProgramsRPTABS20 , RPTABS60 as well.

Try this functional solution

Build two query with Sqvi using PNPCE Logical data base (Infotype 2001 and 0001 ,0002) and (Infotype 2002 and 0001 ,0002)

Give the absence and attendance type u are using and from the data of golive to till date

blank entries ensures that type not used

Instead of deleting the absence/attendance type delimit the same for future ref
