PR05 (Travel Expense Manager) is a standard SAP transaction code available within R/3 SAP systems depending on your version and release level and PR04 (Edit Weekly Reports) is a standard SAP transaction code available within R/3 SAP systems depending on your version and release level.

Below are the user exists if you have any custom requirements.

FITR0003            User exit: Save trip PR01 PR04 PR05

FITR0005            User Exit: Save Trip PR01 PR04 PR05

ave you implemented any of the user exits for PR04 or PR05 that could cause this? Or probably the selection settings for trips are different in your PR04 and PR05, for example PR04 showing the last 12 months and PR05 showing all trips or the like, you should check this:
