Hi. Some time ago someone on the forum provided the link to a SAP white paper to fix this problem, paper "1196142 - Exporting to CSV from Crystal Reports XI Release 1 results in the page header appearing with every record." This fix works great, for the Suite 11.0. I have several 11.5's and the reg edit does not work. Are there other versions of this fix?
Thanks!
Robin
Hi Robin,
For CRXIR2 follow this 1304513 - Exporting to CSV from Crystal Reports XI Release 2 SP2 results in the page header appearing with every record.

Having same problem on our system. We followed the patch id 35725068 and sap note 1196142 instructions but still having same issue.
When exporting to XLS - the header looks fine.
Please advise.

I used the fix as suggested on my local machine where Crystal X! release 1 is installed. It did work for my own CSV file export. My problem is further complicated, however, as all my users execute Crystal Reports via Easy View, and the registry entries are different. I tried manually creating the exact reg entries given on the fix, but it did not change or fix the CSV file with the title-in-every-line problem.
If you or your users are working with a full version of Crystal, I would expect the fix to work. I did have to manually create one of the final reg entries and edited the default value, so look at that part carefully.
Good luck.
