User Guide on Project Builder (CJ20N)

Dear Gurus,

Can anybody help to provide me a link or a User Guide which gives step by step instructions on how to use Project Builder (CJ20N) ?

I'm particularly interested on how the sales price can be maintained in the Project Builder and how it can flow to SD. Meaning, when I change the cost at the Project Builder, the sales price at the Sales Order will also be changed. I heard that this can be done but I dont know how to do it. I dont know how to use Project Builder.

Please do not paste the SAP Help link for Project Builder. I read it already and it didnt help me much.
