I had a trial version which I uninstalled last week and now can not install.

within the registry (in Computer\HKey_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\) there was a folder that contained the Crystal install information.
I exported this to be safe and then deleted it. I was then able to install with no problems.
I had two erroneous keys. Once I deleted them I was able to continue. Thank you for your help!
