New attributes for mass change of marketing plan and campaign

Hi ,

I have a requirement of adding additional fields to the mass change button of the Search result list of Campaign and Marketing plan.

The mass change is now available for three fields in Marketing Plan,

1. Status

2.Employee Resp

3.Dates

and I also want to add Description,and some other fields .

May I know how to proceed with this.

Hi Sree,

You can use ELM (External List Management) for this,provided you can have the data in flat file , which in turn would update the BP's with new values or BP field or with marketing attribute value.

Thank you for the suggetion .I dont have Idea on External List Management,So If you can provide some further info it would be of great help.
