Greetings
We've installed GRC in the Sandbox and someone managed to lockout the only account, administrator. How can we gain access to the system?

The user management does not reside in GRC Access Control. You will have to use UME administrator or J2EE_Admin or SAP* account to unlock this user.

Hi Luna,
go to congfigtool in os level and activate the sap* user if there is no other user to enter into the ume.
