Hi,
There are already existing formulae for alternate base value in transaction VOFM e.g.
CONDITION BASE VALUE FORMULA 1: VOLUME
CONDITION BASE VALUE FORMULA 2: NET VALUE
CONDITION BASE VALUE FORMULA 3: NET PRICE
CONDITION BASE VALUE FORMULA 4: NET VALUE PLUS TAX
CONDITION BASE VALUE FORMULA 5: KZWI1
Formula '5' uses the value determined for subtotal '1' in the pricing procedure as the condition base value

u can always define a new formula and assign it to ur condition

Hi,
In order to develop new condition base value routine, you need to use transaction code VOFM.
In VOFM, go to menu Formulas -> condition base value. Here you need to create a new routine.
Once you careate the new routine assign, the same in the pricing schema against pricing condition type,

There is no such thing as Condition base value.
For e.g. If in a pricing procedure:
Step Condition From To
10 ABCD
20 WXYZ 10
In this case ABCD becomes a base value for WXYZ
