Where can I download or find the BusinessObjects Enterprise XI .NET SDK?

There is no download for it. You will need to install it from the Enterprise CD.

To get the SDK launch the Enterprise installer and choose Server Install - not Client Install.

Choose a Custom install.

You'll be presented with a drop down list for the Enterprise components.

Deselect everything and then look for the .NET SDK and install.

I tried to do the same but gives an exception for missing some .msi file and exists setup.. any other way to go for...

Make sure to list information such as version of the product, what you are deploying to, etc.
