Help with IS-Retail and POS DM

hi,

I need your help. I am trying to learn to integrate Stores to SAP POS DM using sap xi. I am new to xi, i have no knowledge of Is retail, please send me some documents where i can prepare pos dm , idocs needed and know the is retail system.

Can any one explain or send some docs what is POS DM what it stands for and some main rolls of SAP technical consultants who work for IS-RETAIL.

Hi,

hope it is not to late for you, but there is a blogg which gives you an idea of what type of idoc is useable with POS DM:

SAP XI, in this case, is nothing more than a distributor of the data.

But within XI, you are able to transfer any type of container for posdata into idocs for SAP PDM. Therefor you can connect poslogs to SAP PDM for example.
