As far as I am aware you have to inout the count results manually.

Hope its not too late, You may want to use Idoc message type WMINVE. Create a Z program to read the data in, populate and process the Idoc.

Of course you could as easily create a Z transaction that does the BDC using Li11.

An advantage of the Idoc approach is it allows correction / reprocessing if errors are encountered.
